這種讀了退，退了再考，想走就走想進(jìn)就能進(jìn)，盡顯學(xué)霸本色，但對社會資源也造成了不小的浪費。每所大學(xué)的招生計劃都是經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格測算的，你退學(xué)了，又不可能再招兩個補充一下，你今年退學(xué)了也不可能明年再多招兩個。浪費了往年的指標(biāo)，又?jǐn)D占了當(dāng)年的指標(biāo)。這個口子開大了，高校教育不得亂了套了，社會不應(yīng)該鼓勵這樣的行為。

我不知道你是否同一一個觀點：大學(xué)四年是畢業(yè)后找一份好工作的四年？如果認(rèn)同，那么咱們的思想是碰到一塊兒的。

預(yù)則立，不預(yù)則廢；信則有，不信則無這句話，也就是建立在這個觀點之上，才成立的！

那么，預(yù)則立，不預(yù)則廢；信則有，不信則無這句話，是如何理解的呢？

意思很淺顯易懂。

2011年應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生660萬人，其中廣東省60萬人。你可能不太了解這個概念，但去年廣東省的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生是39萬。增幅如此之大，可見大家畢業(yè)那年，應(yīng)屆生是怎樣的一個天文數(shù)字吧？

如果大家清楚地明白現(xiàn)當(dāng)下的就業(yè)形勢之嚴(yán)峻，那就可以預(yù)見、推理出未來你們畢業(yè)時的就業(yè)形勢。然后你們要采取行動，讓自己在這樣的形勢中求得一份理想的好工作?？墒牵S多人是蒙混過日的，他們不去采取行動的。

那么，他們也是沒有“預(yù)見”，不預(yù)則廢就是這類人的下場。大四到時遺憾的不僅僅是自己，還有你家庭里的爸媽。

信則有，不信則無。主要講兩個方面：你對自己有信心嗎？對學(xué)校是否有信心？

進(jìn)500強？進(jìn)大企業(yè)或名企？考上名校研究生？考公務(wù)員？太難，不切實際嗎？

這是對自己沒有信心的表現(xiàn)。你當(dāng)真對自己有信心了，你是會采取相應(yīng)行動，去實現(xiàn)“預(yù)則立”的。據(jù)我所知，每年仲愷畢業(yè)，都有人在恒大地產(chǎn)、廣東電視臺等國內(nèi)500強或知名企業(yè)工作。

而考研那更不用懷疑，前幾年就有一對上下鋪的同學(xué)一起考研考上清華，去年也有仲愷的同學(xué)考上南開大學(xué)、中山大學(xué)等985名校。

為什么他們能在仲愷讀書而我們不能？在外部環(huán)境一樣的情況下，不同的只是自己的態(tài)度，思想深處有一根筋和他們不同而已。扭斷這根肌腱，付出努力和行動，我相信你可以！

這是自信！

再者，是對學(xué)校有信心。在招聘上有點科學(xué)合理性的公司，才是受人歡迎的公司，才是有發(fā)展前景的公司，因為他們不排斥五湖四海的人才，“英雄不問出處”正是這個道理。仲愷不是211，不是985。只是一個普通的大學(xué)生。

但沒有人能決定任何學(xué)校會培養(yǎng)出什么樣的人才。學(xué)校只是一個環(huán)境因素，關(guān)鍵是自身，內(nèi)因大于外因。因此，真正的好公司是“英雄不問出處”的，他們看你那顆心，你擁有的能力是否適合他們公司。

對于那些只招211人和985人的企業(yè)來說，他們的招聘策略也會阻礙他們的發(fā)展道路。那么，這個公司前景也是不被看好的。你磕磕碰碰進(jìn)去后，已經(jīng)遍體鱗傷了，結(jié)果這個公司招人之道不科學(xué)導(dǎo)致發(fā)展受阻，你進(jìn)去了也是浪費表情。

以我自身做例子。半年間面試了將近50個公司，包括了各行各業(yè)，包括了大中小型公司，其中有兩個是世界五百強，多數(shù)是國內(nèi)在某個領(lǐng)域都頗有知名度的公司，比如中原地產(chǎn)、拓優(yōu)獵頭、廣日電梯、至誠偉業(yè)等等。他們都給我面試機(jī)會，只是有幾個公司在最后因為我的學(xué)習(xí)成績實在不行，或者面試臨場發(fā)揮失常，才不要我，而不是因為自己非名校出身就把我拒絕。

因此，我們應(yīng)該對我們的學(xué)校和專業(yè)背景有信心！你有硬實力，擁有相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷，這才是進(jìn)入好公司的敲門磚。

說這些實用的話，主要是為大家樹立一種信心。具體到仲愷的會計專業(yè)的就業(yè)狀況，我不是專業(yè)人士，我不好意思說太多，但我周邊有許多讀仲愷會計的朋友，從05級到11級都有。畢業(yè)那些，他們就業(yè)都很好。

我想對讀過仲愷會計的越來越年輕的學(xué)生說，會計的錄取分?jǐn)?shù)很高，每個學(xué)校都一樣。你們當(dāng)初用非常高的分?jǐn)?shù)考到仲愷讀會計，你們就得用四年的努力，讓自己畢業(yè)時不讓其他用相對低分的成績考入仲愷的同學(xué)趕超，不讓自己畢業(yè)時讓其他學(xué)校的高中同學(xué)趕超，也就是說，找到的工作不比他們差，讓你們繼續(xù)發(fā)揮你們的優(yōu)勢。

首先，你需要開闊你的視野。我是一個不安，不滿足的人。我不僅與我的同學(xué)打交道，還與其他學(xué)校，尤其是一所學(xué)校的同學(xué)和朋友打交道。

與這些學(xué)生中的一位交談，多年來，我發(fā)現(xiàn)由于他們享受豐富而完整的資源，他們的視野比我們的視野要廣得多。但這沒關(guān)系。 從現(xiàn)在開始，我們將更多地與他們打交道，我們也可以擴(kuò)大視野。所謂近朱者赤，就這個意思。

仲愷很小。我們不能跟著他。通常，與一本書中的朋友和同學(xué)打交道是拓寬我們視野的一種方式。

再者，如果你是那種積極上進(jìn)、樂觀向上而不容易自卑的人，你應(yīng)該多到一本的學(xué)校，或者說是學(xué)術(shù)氛圍濃厚的名校走走；前往琶洲、珠江新城、天河城、白天鵝、建設(shè)六馬路、沙面等高雅先進(jìn)地區(qū)。你會發(fā)現(xiàn)仲愷外有很多繁華的地方。這些繁榮不屬于你，但至少給了你方向，你試過了，總有一天這些東西也可以是你的。

只要你想要，或者你在乎的人想要，而你有“給得了”的實力。

具體到會計行業(yè)的視野。不知道在座各位有幾位知道“四大”？誰知道中國最有名的10家會計師事務(wù)所？

我不是讀財務(wù)會計的，但我起碼知道“四大”就是普華永道、德勤、安永和畢馬威，這四所世界五百強的會計師事務(wù)所，讀財務(wù)會計的同學(xué)課堂上老師應(yīng)該會講。再者，國內(nèi)最著名的10家會計師事務(wù)所，大家不用全部說出來，但起碼得知道“天健”“立信”“中瑞岳華”。

這就是一個視野的問題。每個人都只是大二的學(xué)生。按理說它們現(xiàn)在還很小。我不知道這些事情是正常的。但對于學(xué)了一年多的會計學(xué)學(xué)生來說，這不是很好。

也許有人會說，即使你知道四大是什么？這跟我們有什么關(guān)系？我們試過了。也許人們不想要我們？其實，我為何跟大家提出“四大”，不僅僅是要讓大家為此立一個目標(biāo)，更在于你們付出努力去提升自己。

如果四大是頂峰，國內(nèi)十大會計師事務(wù)所是半山腰，而仲愷的我們在山底的話，我們朝著山頂努力進(jìn)發(fā)，即便最終沒辦法爬上頂峰，那至少我們可以上半山腰吧？這個道理希望大家可以懂。

開拓視野，讓自己更寬廣地認(rèn)識這個就業(yè)環(huán)境。視野寬了，你的選擇多了，從而你的機(jī)會也就多了。視野很重要。

我們希望通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)和圖書拓寬視野，學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)課本以外的知識，成為復(fù)合型、專注型人才。

而且，它正在尋找感興趣并且具有發(fā)展前景的產(chǎn)業(yè)。會計崗位，任何行業(yè)任何公司都有，甚至街頭攤位都需要會計。那么，選好行業(yè)至關(guān)重要。

這就要考慮以下幾點：一是行業(yè)是否感興趣，是否熟悉，這關(guān)乎自己的工作積極性，以及融入公司文化的適應(yīng)性，二是行業(yè)發(fā)展前景如何，這個問題可以通過相關(guān)行業(yè)新聞來了解，三是薪資，不同行業(yè)薪資水平是大不相同的。比如金融行業(yè)，工資水平是最高的，本科生一個月拿到五六千是非常常見的。

如果你來到一個已經(jīng)進(jìn)入暮色的行業(yè)，工資水平大多不高。

多學(xué)科學(xué)習(xí)，多方位發(fā)展，成為復(fù)合型人才的重點。有些人說他們不打算將來從事會計工作，他們想從事其他工作。這也很正常。

早在2008年，家樂福的部門經(jīng)理來仲愷開講座就公布了一個數(shù)據(jù)，應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生找工作直到工作穩(wěn)定下來時，專業(yè)與崗位不對口的是超過80%的。而在半年前，我去面試一個婚慶公司文案策劃時，hr說現(xiàn)在的情況估計得加劇到90%以上。這說明你現(xiàn)在所學(xué)的專業(yè)不一定是你將來確定的工作。

將來到底從事哪一行哪個崗位，誰都說不定。所以，趁著大家還在大學(xué)，有許多自學(xué)的時間，大家還要多跨專業(yè)看書。任何行業(yè)的任何職位都需要管理書籍。除了對人的管理，還有對事物的管理，對自己的管理等等。

學(xué)點管理學(xué)的知識（管理學(xué)原理、人力資源管理、財務(wù)管理、物流管理、績效管理、薪酬管理、時間管理等等）都是有用的。而我是提倡在實踐中學(xué)習(xí)的，把這些知識用到自己的社團(tuán)工作和社會實踐中，讓自己畢業(yè)時簡歷上有相關(guān)的理論性指導(dǎo)實踐的經(jīng)歷寫，這很重要。紙上談兵，誰都會，而hr不喜歡，一眼看穿。

只有當(dāng)你認(rèn)識到這些問題，你才能開始練習(xí)。如我之前所說，如果你同意大學(xué)四年的努力是在你畢業(yè)時找到一份好工作，那么四年就是培養(yǎng)的過程。培養(yǎng)自己的軟能力，即工作中體現(xiàn)的素質(zhì)：

團(tuán)隊合作、管理與管理、服從與服從、積極樂觀、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致、細(xì)心刻苦等。修煉自己的硬能力，即工作上體現(xiàn)的專業(yè)技能，一方面是自己的本專業(yè)，另一方面是自己感興趣的技能學(xué)習(xí)，這二者在很多人眼里是沖突的。

如何修煉？很簡單，三方面：學(xué)好本專業(yè)，抓好學(xué)業(yè)成績，學(xué)好英語（英語與專業(yè)好成績是進(jìn)入五百強和名企的重要的敲門磚，這兩項抓好了，差不多一只腳進(jìn)入這樣的好企業(yè)）。

此外，豐富社區(qū)生活或豐富課余生活，多讀書，培養(yǎng)修養(yǎng)，培養(yǎng)興趣愛好。最后是社會實踐經(jīng)驗，包括實習(xí)。這是最重要的。實習(xí)經(jīng)歷與崗位要求的匹配度越高，通過篩選的機(jī)會就越大。

偏偏許多人是在這三方面里迷茫，沒有統(tǒng)籌好，導(dǎo)致最終沒有一項是做得好的。這種情況因人而異。具體情況要以具體人為例進(jìn)行分析和討論，然后用藥。實在沒辦法，那就只能舍棄一種，專注一種，讓專注的東西足夠拔尖和優(yōu)秀，足以掩蓋自己的劣勢，那才有一線生機(jī)。

以上說的修煉的三方面內(nèi)容，具體到個人簡歷上，主要體現(xiàn)為：專業(yè)成績排名，獎學(xué)金，實習(xí)經(jīng)歷，社團(tuán)生活，興趣愛好，相關(guān)榮譽證書等等。其實，有些公司口頭上說不在意學(xué)生是否有獎學(xué)金，是否做過學(xué)生干部，說是只在乎學(xué)生的軟能力能否勝任公司的崗位。

事實上，企業(yè)要想獲得效益，肯定要投入財力和精力來支持員工，經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)才能見效。如果一個學(xué)生在大學(xué)期間這么寶貴的時間什么經(jīng)歷都沒有，那他是在浪費大學(xué)的寶貴的學(xué)習(xí)光陰，公司招進(jìn)來后也是浪費資源。

所以說，大學(xué)生要有一定的“野心”，要有雄心壯志，去爭取一切你們想要的能讓你們變得優(yōu)秀的東西。這沒什么問題。當(dāng)前的形勢造就了人，塑造了人。我們要在殘酷的環(huán)境里生存，出于人性道德上考慮不可以欺壓他人，所以我們只能變得更強，讓自己不致于被人欺壓打敗才行。

說了這么多，說自己熱血沸騰，看大家的士氣。那么大家就得馬上付諸行動。還沒醒悟的，趕緊醒悟過來！

不能再頹廢了?，F(xiàn)當(dāng)下，最迫在眉睫的，就是期末。把期末考好，而不是渾渾噩噩地得過且過，說不掛科就是萬幸。

這種沒有野心的想法必須馬上消除，讓自己認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)，考好期末考試，爭取獎學(xué)金。這不僅僅是為了不掛科，也不僅僅是為了有個好心情過年，是為了畢業(yè)找工作時自己的檔案和成績單上沒有太多的掛科污點，讓hr對你有更好的印象。你距離好工作已經(jīng)不遠(yuǎn)了。
